All bets are placed at the Player's own risk. Once a bet is confirmed by the 551pub system, it cannot be cancelled, modified, or reversed by the Player. In the event of a technical malfunction, server error, or communication disruption that affects the recording or settlement of a bet, 551pub reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to the relevant Player accounts. For sports betting markets, 551pub reserves the right to suspend markets, restrict bet placement, or void markets in circumstances including but not limited to: match abandonment, verified integrity concerns, data feed failure, or regulatory direction. For live sabong events, bet acceptance is subject to the timing of each meron/wala market opening and closure. Bets placed after market closure will be rejected. In the event of a declared draw, a luna, or an abandoned fight under the applicable arena rules, 551pub will follow the settlement rules published in the sabong game guide available within the sabong lobby.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 551pub platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and, where applicable, reporting to law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Registering or operating more than one account on the platform
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent identity or payment information
• Using the platform if you are under the age of 21
• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to place or manage wagers
• Collusion with other Players to gain an unfair advantage, including but not limited to chip dumping in poker or coordinated sabong betting

• Using the platform to conduct or facilitate money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other financial crime

551pub reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to: breach of these Terms; suspected fraud, money laundering, or collusion; regulatory direction; or determination that the Player poses a risk to platform integrity.

Players may request account closure at any time by contacting the 551pub customer support team. Upon account closure, any real-money balance remaining in the account (excluding bonus funds not yet meeting withdrawal conditions) will be refunded to the Player's verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe. Accounts subject to an active fraud or AML investigation may have balance release withheld pending the outcome of that investigation.

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions and any dispute arising from or related to them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict of law principles.

In the event of any dispute between a Player and 551pub arising from these Terms or from the use of the platform, the parties agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails to resolve the dispute within thirty (30) days, either party may submit the dispute to the competent courts of the Philippines.

For disputes relating specifically to game outcomes or settlement of bets, Players must submit a formal complaint to the 551pub support team within five (5) business days of the disputed event. 551pub will investigate and issue a final determination within fourteen (14) business days of receiving a complete complaint with supporting evidence.

14. Amendments

551pub reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to Players via registered email address or prominent notice on the platform at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect. Continued use of the platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes the Player's acceptance of the revised Terms.
